How do companies protect pricing flexibility, defend launch prices, anticipate regulatory challenges, and avoid being surprised by PMPRB decisions when public precedents are increasingly limited?
The pharmaceutical pricing environment has fundamentally shifted. The new PMPRB Guidelines are now in force, while international pricing developments, including the evolving US Most Favored Nation policy, continue to influence global pricing and launch strategies. Manufacturers must not only make decisions with long-term consequences for Canadian and international price corridors — they must also build a clear, evidence-based story that justifies them.
This year's Advanced PMPRB Seminar moves beyond explaining regulatory requirements and focuses on the strategic challenges companies are now facing - How do you build and sustain a defensible Canadian price in an evolving market and regulatory environment and articulate the rationale behind it to regulators, payers, and global stakeholders?
This seminar will provide practical insights, and strategic considerations that can help companies anticipate risk, defend pricing decisions, and prepare for future regulatory scrutiny.
